Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Return, Refund & Exchange:

• We don't accept Return, Refund or Exchange for products due to hygienic reasons.
• We don't accept refund or cancellation for Pre-orders.
Cancellation:
• No cancellation accepted once the order is out for delivery.

 

Delivery & product condition:

• In case the customer received a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp
(+971 56 7575234) with photo/video of the product.
• Please note that all orders in the UAE are picked up and delivered within the same day to ensure that you receive your order in best condition.
• In case customers postpone the delivery day upon delivery, customers take full responsibility of the product condition as it will be stored in the delivery company
storages.
